Painter / Powder Coater
If you are a talented automotive painter or powdercoater, this is a great opportunity. We are seeking a quality conscious person to perform cleaning, prep and powder coating for our wheel production. Custom colors and finishes are essential to our wheel collection and attention to detail is essential.
We have a full powder coat room with pre-treat, spray booth , Nordson Encore gun, and oven. Extremely well lit and climate controlled.
Duties Include:
- Prep, mask and apply powder coating specified to order on custom wheels
- Inspect finish quality and approve or reject prior to coating
- Inspect coating quality and approve or reject before forward parts to assembly
- Maintain clean powder coat room
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Regularly check powder and finishing supply inventory
- Help in other areas of production as necessary
- Minimum 2 years experience in powder coating or:
- 5+ years Auto Body paint experience and willingness to learn powder coat
- Metal finishing experience a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a shop environment
- Ability to read and follow order specifications and instructions meticulously
- Clean, positive personality
- Excellent attendance habits

CNC Set-up / Operator
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled CNC mill/lathe setup operator in small run production environment.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in set-up and 5 years experience in operation of CNC lathes and mills required.
Machine Set Up and Operator Duties:
- Set Up Lathes and Mills.
- Lathes are considered “Heavy Lathes” capable of running parts up to 26” Diameter aluminum forgings.
- Familiarity with G-Code a plus
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak controllers a plus
- Must be able to setup job, run production, and inspect parts to drawing and work order instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs required.
- Some programming experience desired, not required. Operators do not make adjustments to programs.
- Must have good team skills and people skills.
- Essential to be clean, organized and practice general shop safety.
- Must be extremely quality conscious and focused.

Metal Finisher / General Shop
We are seeking a quality conscious person to work in finishing and assembly. You must have a great work ethic, be organized and have pride in great workmanship.
- Apply Brushed or Polished finishes to aluminum components (We will train)
- Assemble 3pc wheels (We will train)
- Inspect finish quality and approve or reject prior to coating
- Maintain clean work area
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Regularly check assembly supply inventory
- Help in other areas of production as necessary
- Minimum 2 years experience in shop environment
- Metal Polishing experience a definite plus
- Ability to read and follow order specifications and instructions meticulously
- Clean personal habits, positive personality
- Excellent attendance habits
- Ability to work overtime when needed
