3030 Autosport Forged Wheels are precision manufactured from US sourced forged 6061-T6 aluminum. 6061-T6, as you may already know is used in aerospace, military applications and of course top race teams and racing component manufacturers. Its exceptional strength-to-weight characteristics make it the ultimate material for performance wheels.

Series G wheels feature Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum Centers and Rim Sections for excellent balance, superior strength-to-weight ratio and amazing finish properties. These 2pc wheels are precision-assembled and 360-degree welded on the backside. The advantage of this is 3030 Autosport Series G Wheels are built in 1/8” increments – allowing you to get the absolute best fit possible.

All 3030 Autosport powder coatings are UV resistant polyester for an extremely durable and easily cleaned. An important part of the process is everything that happens to prep the product. While most coaters only use a solvent or steam wash, 3030 Autosport employs an OE-level pretreat process featuring a zirconium surface conversion and sealant all based in a reverse osmosis water system for a pure and solid adhesion that will last for years under proper care.
