Wheel Return Instructions:
1. Call us at 812-739-3300 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will have the issue and the needed solution in our system when your wheels arrive to our dock.
2. Box the wheel(s). We recommend our boxes and inserts to protect the wheel adequately during shipping.
Outer box and inserts:
Our inserts are designed to bind the wheel in place and away from the box walls. Inserts work like this:
1) 
Lay the insert flat on a table or bench
2) 
Place the wheel in the middle of the insert.
3) 
Fold the inserts to cradle the beadseats and secure the wheel
4) 
Tape the insert flaps to the carboard body and lock the wheel tightly in place.
5) 
It should look like this. Now repeat for the front bead.
Do this for both the front and back beads.
Slide the wheel and inserts in the box and seal it for shipping.
Do not put loose items (caps, lug nuts) in with the wheel as they can damage the wheel during shipping. The box must be tight around the wheel. Nothing should move in the box after taping.
Wheel Return Instructions:
1) If you do not have 3030 wheel boxes and inserts:
a. We can send them to you for $20 per wheel plus shipping.
b. Or use your own packaging, however we do not recommend this as UPS may or may not damage it during transit. If you do, please insure the box for the value of the wheel.
c. We strongly recommend NOT USING THE USPS.

We can provide shipping tags to your email upon request and for non-warranty or quality issues add the shipping charges to your invoice.
When we receive the wheels:
1) We will unbox and inspect for shipping damage.
2) We will inspect the wheel(s) per the instructions on the RMA
3) We will contact you regarding the solution and any associated costs if necessary and email a quote for approval with an ETA for completion.
4) The above will take up to 2 business days.
